An ideal role for someone interested in developing towards a future leadership position, the Artistic and Operations Manager role incorporates company management; artist liaison; fundraising and marketing support; operations management and more. The role holder will work closely with the Managing Director and Artistic Director to shape the future direction of Nevill Holt Opera at this pivotal time for the company.
