2021’s summer opera festival will be our largest ever, as our specially built outdoor stage and seating infrastructure enables us to welcome more people than ever to Nevill Holt Opera.
Guide to Ticket Types
Lawn Tickets are free of charge for under-18s
Young people are very welcome at Nevill Holt Opera, and our free tickets for under-18s are the perfect opportunity to try an opera for the first time. Please note that under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and you may be asked to show your ID upon arrival.
Lawn Tickets (£35)
Our most informal ticket option, you can relax on a raised platform to the side of the stage and enjoy being right up close to the action. You are very welcome to bring your own picnic blankets and cushions to sit on, but we ask that you don’t bring chairs or raised seating that might impact the view for those behind you. Please note that Lawn Tickets are uncovered and umbrellas are not permitted as they will block the view for others, so please do come wrapped up warm if rain is expected.
Open Seating (£75)
This will be a raked, uncovered seating bank. Open Seating offers a comfortable way to enjoy the opera, although your chair is slightly further away from the stage than the Premier Open Seating. Please note that Open Seating is uncovered and umbrellas are not permitted as they will block the view for others, so please do come wrapped up warm if rain is expected.
Premium Open Seating (£95)
This will be a raked, uncovered seating bank. Enjoy the opera from a comfortable chair, close to the stage. Please note that Open Seating is uncovered and umbrellas are not permitted as they will block the view for others, so please do come wrapped up warm if rain is expected.
Grandstand Seating (£150)
At either side of our covered and tiered grandstand, you will stay comfortable and beat the British weather. Although the very best sight-lines will be found in the Premium Grandstand Seating, all seats in the grandstand offer great views to enjoy the action.
Premium Grandstand Seating (£175)
Stay comfortable and beat the British weather in our covered and tiered Premier Grandstand Seating. Your prime position in the grandstand will guarantee you the very best sight-lines to enjoy the action
