Winter Festival

Celebrate the festive season this December at our Winter Festival of performances by world-renowned artists, including the return of our candlelit Messiah in the Nevill Holt Theatre and The Manchester Monastery.

Friday 2 December 7:30pm – Nevill Holt Theatre
Saxophonist and TV presenter Jess Gillam will be joined by Manchester Camerata directed by Caroline Pether to open our festival with some of the most celebrated works for saxophone. Members receive a 10% discount when booking this event with their priority code. 

Saturday 3 December 7pm – Nevill Holt Theatre
The Manchester Camerata joins us in the Nevill Holt Theatre for the return of our popular candlelit performance of Handel’s Messiah. Handel’s solos and choruses will be sung by our Associate and Emerging Artists under the baton of Nicholas Chalmers. Click here to read about the performers.

Sunday 4 December 3pm – The Monastery Manchester
Following the success of our Messiah in 2021, we return to the stunning home of Manchester Camerata, The Monastery Manchester. Tickets for this event will be sold here.
